Ellsworth Springs — The 13 boys of Cub Scout Pack 95, Den 6, embraced old-fashioned fun in the last few weeks as they constructed Cubmobiles — sometimes known as go-carts. Many local businesses donated materials for the go-carts, which took about three weeks to build. The group, which meets at the Church of the Good Shepherd, ran the carts June 9 at Sky Ridge Middle School in Camas for about three hours. “No major accidents, thank God, just a few scrapes and a lot of laughs,” said den mom Maureen McKinney.
