Clark County authorities are searching for the culprit of a bank robbery this afternoon at iQ Credit Union on Northeast 81st Street in Hazel Dell.
A man walked into the credit union around 2 p.m. and presented a teller a note informing them he had a weapon, said Sgt. Duncan Hoss with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office. No weapon was seen.
The suspect made off with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was hurt during the incident.
The suspect was described as being between 20 and 30 years old, with short, dark hair, tan skin, and noticeable acne scars on his clean-shaven face, Hoss said. The suspect stood around 6-foot-3 and was wearing large sunglasses, a blue or black dress shirt and blue jeans, the sergeant added.
