Discover Dayton (Ore.), Destination for the Senses: Vans depart at 8 a.m. June 20 from the 99th Street Transit Center in Hazel Dell and return at 5 p.m. Stops include: Carlton Plants, a wholesale grower of bare-root deciduous shade, fruit and flowering trees, shrubs, rootstocks and seedlings; Monrovia Nursery, a wholesale grower with display gardens; Red Ridge Farms, home to Durant Vineyards and the Oregon Olive Mill; and Gardener’s Choice, a retail nursery with plants, garden supplies, tools, and more, $30.
