Salmon Creek — Roy Pulliam of the Fort Vancouver Lions Club received the International President’s Certificate of Appreciation–the fourth-highest award that can be presented by an international Lions president. Pulliam received the award at the spring conference in Kelso on May 19. A member of the Fort Vancouver Lions Club since 1988, Pulliam lives in Salmon Creek with his wife, Lori.
