Lacey — A 215-acre site in Lacey zoned for mixed-use development is being offered for sale by the Kidder Mathews commercial real estate firm.

The site, known as Lacey Gateway Town Center, is being sold by Lacey Gateway, LLC, a subsidiary of HomeStreet Bank. Kidder Mathews says it’s the largest contiguous property adjacent to I-5 available for purchase in Washington state. The site surrounds the Cabela’s outdoor store.

The property could appeal to investors and developers of retail, multi-family, office, institutional, and medical office space, Kidder Mathews said.

The site is being sold on a competitive bid basis, with all bids due by Friday, July 6.
