Vancouver planning firm merges with another company

The engineering and architecture consulting firm Mead & Hunt has merged with Barnard Dunkelberg & Company. Mead & Hunt has offices in both Issaquah and Vancouver.

The two firms plan to provide aviation planning and environmental services to clients across the country. Barnard Dunkelberg is an airport and environmental planning firm with offices in Tulsa, Okla., and Denver, Colo.

Combined, the two companies employ about 450 employees at more than 20 offices in 15 states.
