The Health Professions Quality Assurance office of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In April, the Nursing Commission entered an agreed order with registered nurse Natalie Alice Hendricks which requires her to complete continuing education in ethics, time management, legal issues, and nursing law. She was also ordered to pay a $2,000 fine. She worked as a nurse for two years on an expired credential. Her credential was renewed in November 2011.

In May, the Nursing Assistant Program permanently revoked the certification of nursing assistant David W. Surenok. Surenok was convicted of first-degree child rape and first-degree child molestation in 2012.
