St. Joseph school wants to build paved track

Vancouver Heights — St. Joseph Catholic School has applied to the Vancouver for permission to build an asphalt running track and add other improvements to its existing sports field. The city has issued a determination that the project likely won’t cause any environmental impacts. The site is in the western corner of the St. Joseph campus, at the corner of Highland Drive and Burdick Avenue.
