Fundraising events are on tap to help pay medical bills for Mountain View High School graduate Mandy Lathim, 18, who was seriously injured in a July 3 automobile accident on her way to Santa Cruz, Calif., with friends. Lathim remained in critical condition Monday at Mercy Medical Center in Redding, Calif. • July 20 — Next door to Menchie’s, Five Guys Burgers and Fries will donate 15 percent of their sales from 4 to 9 p.m.
