The Health Professions Quality Assurance office of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In May, the Chemical Dependency Professional and Agency Affiliated Counselor Programs ended the probation order against chemical dependency professional trainee and agency affiliated counselor Eric Lee Miller.

In May, the Pharmacy Board reprimanded pharmacy technician Cory A. Reese. Reese tested positive for marijuana during a workplace urinalysis.
