• The Southwest Washington Contractors Association has appointed Albert Schlotfeldt of Vancouver-based Duggan Schlotfeldt & Welch PLLC to its board of directors. Schlotfeldt has more than 20 years of experience in construction, real estate and commercial law.

• Alicia Parkison of Vancouver was named community counselor for the Greater Portland area at EurAuPair International. She will serve the greater Portland area.

• Entek’s Matt Todd was selected for the National Building Performance Council formed in June. Todd, who will be joined by 11 other mechanical contractors from around the country, will serve as vice president. The council will serve under the Air Conditioning Contractors of America.

• West Coast Bank’s government-guaranteed lending department has appointed Scott Faunt vice president/relationship manager at its downtown Vancouver office, 500 Broadway, No. 100. Faunt will help small business owners finance loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration and other government loan programs.
