Workshop to focus on family caregivers, decisions

The Southwest Washington Agency on Aging and Disabilities will hold a workshop on “Making Difficult Decisions” from 9 a.m. to noon July 18 for family caregivers. The session will be at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center’s Health Education Center, 400 N.E. Mother Joseph Place.

The keynote speaker is Joyce Beedle, author of “The Carebook: A Workbook for Caregiver Peace of Mind.”

Vancouver attorney Chris Babich will lead a discussion about legal documents caregivers should have.

Cost is $5. Scholarships and respite care are available. Register by calling 360-694-8144.
