Two high-risk sex offenders who molested children have moved to new addresses in Vancouver.
Daniel Ray Humbyrd, who once was homeless and later lived in Yacolt, has moved to a home in the 3000 block of Northeast 116th Avenue, in the Burton area near the Clark County Skills Center.
Humbyrd, 33, is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, the group considered most likely to commit new sex crimes, according to a bulletin from the Sex Offender Registration Unit of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
He has been convicted of first-degree child molestation and second-degree incest for sexually assaulting three children; and third-degree assault with sexual motivation of a 9-year-old girl.
Humbyrd is white, 6 feet tall and 250 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes. He drives a maroon 2005 Ford Focus sedan with Washington license AEM5971.
Ronald Rollings, 49, also is classified a Level 3 sex offender. He has been convicted of first-degree rape of a child, a 10-year-old boy; and third-degree rape of a child, a 13-year-old boy.
Rollings is white, 6 feet 1 inch tall and 185 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
He recently moved to a home in the 3000 block of Northeast Stapleton Road, near the Vancouver Police Department’s West Precinct office.
Rollings and Humbyrd are not being sought by police. They are monitored by the sheriff’s registration unit and the Sex Offender Tracking Unit of the Vancouver Police Department.
The Columbian’s policy is to print a photo and story when Level 3 sex offenders move to Clark County, change addresses in Clark County or become homeless in Clark County.
