A Carson man was uninjured on Friday after his pickup flipped over a retaining wall and landed on railroad tracks on state Highway 14 about nine miles east of Stevenson.
According to a Washington State Patrol bulletin, Michael D. Cirillo, 34, was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Colorado eastbound on Highway 14 around 7:30 a.m. when he slid off the roadway, struck a retaining wall on the shoulder and flipped onto railroad tracks.
Cirillo was uninjured, but his Colorado was totaled and towed from the scene.
The crash was caused by speeding too fast for conditions, a state patrol release said.
Cirillo was not ticketed.
