East First Street Watumull LLC has purchased a 61,350-square-foot industrial investment property from DEKAS LLC for $3,150,000. Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial represented the Seller and Greg Nesting of Norris & Stevens represented the buyer. The building is fully leased and houses A&J Custom Cabinets, Speeds Towing and Premiere Pump.
