The Tigers couldn’t buy a basket for a half of basketball Saturday night, and it cost them their season, falling in a Class 4A bi-district loser-out game at Rogers High School.

Battle Ground was 0 for 22 from the floor in the first half, getting two free throws to trail 25-2.

The Tigers did have a mini-run in the third quarter to cut the deficit to 16 points. But Bethel got back on track to lead by 26 going into the final quarter.
