Girls basketball: Union 48, Heritage 36

The Titans wrapped up a 4A bi-district playoff berth with their win over Heritage in the 4A Greater St. Helens League regular-season finale.

Jessica Chatman had 17 points and 12 rebounds for Union. Tuileisu Anderson had 12 points and five steals, and Angelique Williams had 11 points.

Heritage’s leading scorer was Nesija Selava with 13 points. Emily Myers added 12 as the Timberwolves’ season came to a close.

Union advances to play Thomas Jefferson of Federal Way in Saturday’s bi-district play-in game.
