The Woodland City Council will hold its annual retreat Saturday night at the Port of Woodland.
The council will spend 45 minutes getting to know each other before discussing efficient council meetings, procedures for dealing with staff and topics for future workshops, such as the 2013 budget.
The group will also discuss the Prothman Report, an independent audit released in 2011 that concluded Woodland needed a city manager to run day-to-day operations.
The meeting will be gin at 7 p.m. Saturday in the Port of Woodland’s Commissioners meeting room, 116 Davidson Ave.
