D. Studio 21 has leased 1,010 square feet of space at 1887 Main St., Suite 201, Washougal, from Lone Wolf Development. D. Studio 21 is owned by Heather Jordan and is relocating from Tigard, Ore.
MAJ Development Corp. has purchased the 26,147-square-foot HDJ office building, which includes two parking levels, at 300 and 314 W. 15th St., Vancouver. The seller is West Coast Bank; the purchase price was $3.6 million. Charlie Kleier and Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller, and Michael Jenkins and Derek Federinko of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer. HDJ Design Group and Compound Photogenics will remain tenants in the building.
Mill City Brew Werks, restaurant and brew pub, has purchased a retail building at 325 N.E. Cedar St., Camas, for $575,000 from the Sandra L. Fischer Living Trust. The main floor of the building is 5,000 square feet and the basement is 3,000 square feet. The anticipated opening date is early summer 2013. Greg L.
