Clayton Farr had 72 yards receiving, 57 yards rushing and scored one touchdown by ground and one by air as the Spudders controlled the game.
“The whole game, we were just trying to do ground control,” Ridgefield coach Dan Andersen said. “In the third quarter, we had the wind with us, so that’s where we got our passing yards. We were just trying to control them on the ground.”
Gunnar Long had 231 yards passing, with Sam Gillenwater accounting for 91 yards receving as the Spudders led 10-0 after the first quarter and 22-0 going into the final period.
For the Ridgefield defense, end Joe Seigel had two sacks and cornerback Sam Main had an interception.
