Presidential election: supporters of presumptive Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney are invited to participate in a “Run for Romney” 3K or 5K run taking place on Saturday morning at Pacific Park on Northeast 172nd Street in Vancouver.
Run registration begins at 7:45 a.m., and it costs $15 per person to register. There also is a kid’s 1K run and other family activities, such as children’s games, a bounce house and live music. For those who just want to enjoy the activities and not run, the cost is $10. The event ends at 2 p.m. For more information or to register, go online to Run for Romney.
