Vancouver police arrested convicted sex offender Samuel A. McMullen, 21, Monday afternoon for allegedly dealing, possessing and viewing child pornography.
The arrest culminated an investigation that started in March, when detectives got an Internet Crimes Against Children tip about child pornography sharing in Colorado. Detectives with Vancouver Police Department ‘s Digital Evident Cybercrime Unit gathered evidence and searched an apartment in the 6400 block of Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard in June.
McMullen was arrested in Cowlitz County, where he was living, and was booked at the Clark County Jail.
