Franchise owner Rebecca Juarez and her family plan to open a Great Harvest Bread Co. bakery in Vancouver this summer.
The 2,150-square-foot bakery will be located at 13215 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd. in the Columbia Square shopping center, midway between Chuck’s Produce and Street Market and Craft Warehouse. Great Harvest Bread Co. specializes in whole-wheat bread products baked daily.
The chain was founded in Great Falls, Mont., in 1976. It is now represented by a string of more than 220 franchise bakeries throughout the nation.
