The Salmon Creek Hospital Foundation will hold a free estate planning seminar in May.
The seminar is from 1:30 to 3 p.m. May 17 at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, conference rooms C and D, 2211 N.E. 139th St. The seminar is open to the public.
The presentation will cover key components of comprehensive estate plans such as wills, trusts and powers of attorney. Other topics include probate, guardianship and gift planning.
Guest speakers include Dan Marsh, an estate planning attorney with Marsh, Higgins, Beaty & Hatch; and Maria Jokela, a long-term care professional with the senior living retirement community, The Quarry.
