The Clark County Sheriff’s Office will have an informational meeting on how to become a reserve deputy at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the office’s west precinct, 505 N.W. 179th St. in Ridgefield.

The meeting will run until 8 p.m.

The sheriff’s office’s reserve unit is composed of fully commissioned volunteer law enforcement officers. They work days and nights, perform patrol, respond to emergency calls, protect crime scenes and serve during large community events.
