VANCOUVER — Nominations are open for the 2012 Council for the Homeless Hope and Action Award honoring individuals and groups making a difference to end homelessness.
The award is open to those working behind the scenes, contributing time or resources, or going above and beyond in their work.

The award will be presented at the 13th Annual Hope and Action Luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 21 at the Hilton Vancouver Washington.
