Choice Rest, mattress retailer, has leased 2,250 square feet of retail space at Bridgeport Retail Center, 316 S.E. 123rd Ave., Suite C-1, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord, and George Diamond of Real Estate Investment Group represented the tenant.

Coffee Holding, providing coffee bean testing, has leased 2,850 square feet of industrial and flex space at Quad 205 Business Park, 10906 and 11012 N.E. 39th St., Suite D-8, Vancouver. Garret Harper of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord, and Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant.

Continental Loan/Jewelry, a pawn shop, has leased 443 square feet of retail space at Orchards Center, 10621 N.E. Coxley Drive, Suite 211, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

David and Michelle Kauffman have purchased a 1,790- square-foot retail building at 6001 N.E. 109th Ave., Vancouver, from Capcar Realty I LLC, for $150,000. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.

Educational Opps for Children & Families, a nonprofit organization, has leased 1,344 square feet of office space at Arc of Clark County, 6511 N.E. 18th St., Vancouver. Tamara Fuller and Charlie Kleier of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Glo Beauty Lounge has leased 743 square feet of retail space at 1887 Main St., Washougal, from Lone Wold Development.

Misty DeWitt has leased 1,823 square feet of office space at Esther Short Commons, 525-585 W. Eighth St., Suite A, Vancouver. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the landlord.

Retail Group LLC has leased 4,408 square feet of industrial and flex space for the headquarters of Romy Style, a women’s clothing company, at 14 Commerce, 4510 N.E. 68th Drive, Suite 108, Vancouver. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.
