GAME NOTES
CAMAS HOSTS PASS-HAPPY PRAIRIE: If the scores and records are any indication, this should be the last challenge for Camas in its quest for a second consecutive 3A Greater St. Helens League title. The Papermakers have already topped Mountain View and Columbia River. … Prairie is hoping to pass its way past the Papermakers. Colin Seitz, who threw just 10 times last week in a 70-0 victory, has more than 1,000 yards through the air in the first four games.
FUN NON-LEAGUE MATCHUP: From Week 2 to Week 9 last season, the Union Titans averaged 39 points per game. In seven of those eight games, the Titans scored at least 34 points. But against Mountain View? Just 10 points. Sure, the Titans won that 10-0 battle, but it showed that the Thunder knew how to slow down their non-league rivals from the same school district. Both teams come into Friday’s game with a 3-1 record.
