MEN’S SOCCER

This week — The Penguins (5-2-2 overall) follow up a weekend of 1-1 road ties with one home match, taking on Columbia Basin at 2 p.m. Saturday. Of note — Clark is ranked sixth in the NWAACC.

WOMEN’S SOCCER

This week — The Penguins (2-6) host third-ranked Columbia Basin at noon Saturday.

VOLLEYBALL

This week — Clark is coming off two NWAACC victories, including a five-game victory over Lower Columbia. The Penguins (4-5 overall) host Highline at 7 p.m. Friday and Pierce at 7 p.m. Oct. 5.

CROSS COUNTRY

Last week — Mountain View grad Katrina Mueller placed second overall at the Northwest Cross Country Classic at Lane CC. For the Clark men, Nathan Richards was sixth overall.

Next — Clark is scheduled to compete at the PLU Invitational on Oct. 8 in Tacoma.
