A child suffered minor injuries after falling from a second-story window of a home north of Battle Ground, officials said.
Crews from North Country EMS and Clark County Fire District 10 responded to the incident at 9:40 a.m. Thursday in the Valley View subdivision.
The child was said to be 2 years old when crews were dispatched. Fire District 10 Battalion Chief Gordon Brooks crews didn’t verify her age while responding.
The child appeared to only have minor injuries, a district bulletin said.
The child was transported to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center as a precaution.
