The fence you paint should be your own

Cascade Highlands — Don’t hesitate to paint your fence, says the latest newsletter from the Cascade Highlands Neighborhood Association. A few years ago, the neighborhood organized a group purchase of white paint that folks used to touch up fences. Just because the paint was bought in bulk then doesn’t mean homeowners should wait to brighten a fence that needs it. The fence is yours, the color is white and the stretch of neighborhood along McGillivray Boulevard, Village Loop and Northeast 160th Avenue can use it.
