Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Dotster Inc. has renewed its lease of 11,511 square feet of office space at Parkway Plaza I, 8100 N.E. Parkway Drive, Suite 300 and 350, Vancouver. Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the tenant and the landlord.

Mill Creek Inc. has leased 6,219 square feet of retail space at Gardner Center, 1710 S.W. Ninth Ave., Suite 101, Battle Ground. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the tenant and Michelle Estep, also of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates, represented the landlord.

NW Injury & Rehab Center, specializing in the diagnosis, treatment and management of auto collision, work and sports injuries, has leased 2,868 square feet of medical office space at Greenwood Office Center, 7700 N.E. Greenwood Ave., Suite 120, Vancouver. Michael Merrill of The Phillips Group represented the landlord, Erickson Realty.

Sunlight Supply has leased 5,400 square feet of office space at 4109 N.W. Fruit Valley Road, Vancouver, from HK Properties. Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the tenant and the landlord.
