When, Where and How to Properly Plant a Tree: 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 29, 18901 S.E. 41st Drive in Fisher’s Landing Neighborhood. Vancouver Urban Forestry staff will give demonstrations and answer questions, then work with workshop participants to plant 38 trees and more than 200 shrubs throughout the area.
