Advanced Treatment Systems of Washington has leased 1,000 square feet of office space at 2102 E. McLoughlin Blvd., Vancouver, from Caley and Sikes Partnership. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Creative Network, an executive recruiting firm, has renewed its lease of 646 square feet of office space at Columbia Tech Center, 1325 S.E. Tech Center Place, Suite 190, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Energy Electric has purchased 1,800 square feet of office and warehouse space at Union Ridge Commerce Park, 7509 S. Fifth St., Ridgefield. Mike Merrill and Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the seller.

Linh Van Nguyen has leased 750 square feet of retail space for a nail salon, Lucky Nails, at Orchards Center, 10411 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Suite 135, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Moor Enterprises has purchased a 33,000-square-foot building at 12303 N.E. 56th St., Vancouver, from Concannon Investments for $2,800,000. The site will be the new headquarters for Ryonet Corporation, a silk-screening equipment supplier. Garret Harper and Charlie Kleier of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer and the seller.
