Lincoln — The Lincoln Neighborhood Association worked with the Lincoln Parent-Staff Group to clean up the north side of Lincoln Elementary School on Sept. 25.
Scouts, parents, students and neighbors worked together to clean up the north garden beds at the school. Two dumpsters of yard debris were disposed of before bark dust was spread over the beds.
Local businesses donated gift certificates and coffee for the volunteers and past neighborhood association leader Norma McGraw provided brownies straight from the oven.
