Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Fiddlesticks Quilting has leased 2,325 square feet of retail space at Four Seasons Market Place, 2701 N.E. 114th Ave., Suite K-1, Vancouver. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the landlord and the tenant.

Kojis Chiropractic has leased 1,184 square feet of space at 222 N.E. Park Plaza Drive, Suite 114, Vancouver, from Park Plaza Inc. The anticipated move-in date is Nov. 1. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant. Tom Shimota of Pacific Real Estate Partners represented the landlord.

NLight Photonics, manufacturer of semiconductor lasers, has leased 10,000 square feet of space at 5408 N.E. 88th St., Vancouver, from Panther Systems. William Connelly of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord. Chris Elsenbaugh of Cresa Partners represented the tenant.

West Coast Subs, dba Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, has leased 1,319 square feet of retail space at Hazel Dell Square, 7715 N.E. Fifth Ave., Vancouver. Corine Nussmeier and Emily Matza of Kidder Mathews represented the tenant.
