Vancouver — Vancouver’s 39-unit Olympic Park residential apartment complex has been purchased for $2.4 million by Olympic Park Properties LLC and Omaha LLC, both Washington companies. It is located at 10300 N.E. Stutz Road.
The transaction was negotiated by Grayson Pounder, a broker with Hendricks & Partners in Portland. Pounder said apartment buildings are relatively stable investments now, due to the housing slump and accessible financing to purchase such projects.
