Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

By The Bottle, a retail business offering single-serve bottles of local, regional and imported beer, has leased 2,200 square feet of retail space at 104 E. Evergreen Blvd., Vancouver, from RSC Partnership. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Destiny Church has renewed its lease of 5,000 square feet of office space at Parkhill Shopping Center, 6407 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Manceps Inc., a computer consulting firm, has leased 225 square feet of retail space at 416 N.E. Dallas St., Suite 209, Camas, from Barry R. Lutz and Rosanna L. Lutz. Greg L. Goforth of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the tenant and the landlord.

Premier Partners Realty Inc. dba Keller Williams Commercial has leased 4,500 square feet of retail space at Gardner Center 3, 1902 S.W. Ninth Ave., Battle Ground. Bob Bernhardt of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the seller. Trevor Sosky of Keller Williams Commercial represented the tenant.

Sleep Bargains, providing bedding, frames and mattresses, has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space at Parkhill Shopping Center, 6405 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
