MEN’S BASKETBALL

Recap — Clark (1-0) posted an 89-48 season-opening win over the Concordia JV last week. Skyview High grad Blake Bowen had 15 points and 12 rebounds. Jerrid Hamler and Camas grad Daniel Anderson each scored 15.

Upcoming — Clark off until its home opener against Clackamas, 7 p.m. Nov. 29.

WOMEN’S BASKETBALL

Recap — Clark (2-1) finished second at its Igloo Invitational winning two of three games. In the three games against Portland (78-49 win), Centralia (53-48 win) and Columbia Basin (66-54 loss), Deborah Simmers totaled 51 points, 21 rebounds and six assists. Chelsea Dyson totaled 37 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists.

Upcoming — Clark hosts Lane at 3 p.m. Saturday.

NWAACC FALL HONORS

Men’s soccer all-stars — Clark players included Borce Atanasov, Nathan Diaz, Isaiah Escobedo, Giancarlo Barone, Cody Guthrie, and Tyler Lubbert.

Women’s soccer all-stars — Clark was represented by Kelsey Frasier.

Volleyball all-stars — Clark players included Morgan Harris, Heide Davis and Carmen LaFond.
