The average price in Vancouver is $3.66. It’s $3.72 in the Seattle-Bellevue-Everett region.
The average price of a gallon of gasoline in Oregon is $3.65, the AAA said. That’s down a nickel in a week and 15 cents in a month, but it’s 14 cents higher than the national average. The average price in Portland is $3.62.
