Washougal — Windy Ridge Farm Inc. is a new member of the American Angus Association, according to Bryce Schumann, CEO of the world’s largest beef breed organization, headquartered in St .Joseph, Mo. Windy Ridge was previously in the horse business, but has transitioned into cattle. The farm will breed and sell registered Black Angus, said Stanley Bishoprick, owner of Windy Ridge.
