Public forum: The Power Past Coal Coalition will host a Coal Hard Truth forum alerting Columbia River Gorge residents about coal export terminal proposals for the Northwest. The coalition includes more than 50 organizations including the Sierra Club and Columbia Riverkeepers. The forum begins at 6:30 p.m. with live music, followed by local speakers and a question and answer session in the Pioneer Room at Riverside Community Church, 317 State St., Hood River, Ore.
