West Minnehaha — A neighborhood group that was teetering on the edge of nonexistence — because nobody wanted to run for office — has pulled back from the brink.
A few folks have agreed to throw their hats into the ring, and the West Minnehaha Neighborhood Association needs to elect them this month to avoid official dormancy.
So, the neighborhood trash bash on the morning of May 21 will also be considered, for purposes of voting, a neighborhood association meeting. The trash bash and the voting are open to West Minnehaha residents only, so check your newsletter for details and location.
