Columbia Sports LLC has leased 6,000 square feet of industrial space at Opus 205 Distribution Center, 5900 N.E. 88th St., Building B, Suite 205, Vancouver, from 88th Street LLC. Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the tenant and the landlord.

Core Fitness LLC dba StairMaster has leased 26,349 square feet of office space at 4400 Building, 4400 N.E. 77th Ave., Suite 300, Vancouver, consolidating their California and Vancouver offices into this location. The anticipated move-in date is June 1. Chris Elsenbach of Cresa Partners represented the tenant; Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Oldcastle Precast Inc., providing concrete precast construction materials, has leased 9,400 square feet of industrial space on three acres at 6500 N.W. Stewart Title Company has renewed its lease of 2,968 square feet of office space at Park Tower IV, 12500 S.E. Second Circle, Vancouver. Jason Green and Trevor Kafoury of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant; Tom Shimota and Kristin Hammond of Pacific Real Estate Partners represented the landlord.
