Khayratdin Chakhalidze and Larisa Khalidova have leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at Orchard’s Square, 6300 N.E. 117th Ave., Suite B-1, Vancouver, from Karl Seid. The anticipated opening date is June 1. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
Pixel River has leased 300 square feet of office space at the Collings Building, 100 E. 19th St., Vancouver, from Lucin-Larsen LLC. Shane Smith of Premier Commercial represented the tenant.
