Lubbers shared a portion of her doll collection, including an original 1936 Shirley Temple baby doll in the likeness of the famous child star. Other members also shared dolls they cherished from childhood.
Membership in the Ft. Vancouver Daughters of the Pioneers organization is open to descendants of pioneer families who came to Washington State prior to and during 1870. The group meets every third Thursday.
