Brothers, a new burger restaurant, is scheduled to open at 6 a.m. Thursday in the new Costco-anchored Lacamas Crossing retail center on the corner of Southeast 192nd Avenue and First Street.
The restaurant was developed by Vancouver-based NW Premier Investments Inc., which is owned by brothers Tom and Jim Lovelace, and which owns and operates more than 30 Papa Murphy’s franchise take-and-bake pizza stores.
Brothers’ American-style menu will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, featuring burgers and sandwiches. The 2,500 square-foot restaurant will employ 56 people. The space includes inside and outside seating for up to 118 patrons, plus a bar area.
