Glenwood — The 10- and 11-year-old Glenwood Little League team won the 2011 District 6 Championship. The team is heading to the state tournament in Cheney during the week of July 15.
Team members are Taylor Beaupre, Sam Lauderdale, Michael Hall, Colton Dalia, Deven Clevidence, Jacob Alvick, Spenser Warner, James Phillips, Blake Robb, Taryn Yarnell, Boston Clark and Josiah Nickel. They are led by Manager Keith Dalia, Coach Ed Walker and Coach Tom Tallmadge.
