ARNADA — Transitions, a nonprofit program which offers help to foster youth who are aging out of foster care, won a $2,500 grant from Divine Friends and its Gifts for Our Community program. The program helps clients, ages 15 to 25, navigate current and future life changes. The program relocated from the Mary Firstenburg Family Center into its own space, 2200 Broadway St. No. B-1, last summer. The grant funds will be used to equip a resource room in the new space with two computer work stations, allowing its clients to develop skills and access online resources.
