Bill Carnahan and Scott Anderson have leased 1,347 square feet of retail space at Cascade Village, 516 S.E. Chkalov Drive, Suite 37, Vancouver, from Angelo Property Co. LP. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt represented the tenant and landlord.

Espresso Elegance has leased 1,200 square feet of industrial, warehouse and office space at 18th Street Business Park, 5601 E. 18th St., Suite 305, Vancouver, from 18th Street Holdings LLC. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt represented the tenant and landlord.

Evergreen Pharmaceuticals has leased 1,900 square feet of industrial space at Vancouver Business Center, 3315 N.E. 112th Ave., Suite A22-23, Vancouver, from Bennett Family Trust II LLC. Garret Harper of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord; Jeff Brooks of Kidder Mathews represented the tenant.

Fidelity National Title has leased 3,050 square feet of office space at McGillivray Place, 16703 S.E. McGillivray Blvd., Vancouver. Kelly Randolph of Orion Realty represented the tenant; Don Drake and Tim Parker of Melvin Mark Brokerage Co. represented the landlord.

Garlic Lady has leased 8,158 square feet of industrial and warehouse space at Salmon Creek Business Park, 1301 N.E. 144th St., Suite 119, Vancouver, from Westland LLC. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt represented the tenant.

Liberty Evans LLC has purchased 26.9 acres at the southeast corner of Schurman Way and Dike Access Road in Woodland from Schnitzer Investment Corp. The price was $2.1 million. David Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties LLC represented the buyer and the seller.

Orion Medical has leased 10,125 square feet of industrial, warehouse and office space at 112th Avenue Business Park, 3002 N.E. 112th Ave., Suite F, Vancouver, from Pacific NW Properties LP. David Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the tenant.

RM Beverage Washington LLC has leased 58,172 square feet of industrial, warehouse and office space at Columbia Business Center, Building 55, Southeast Assembly Avenue, Suite 150, Vancouver, from CBC 1 LLC, CBC 2 LLC and CBC 3 LLC. K.C. Fuller and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant; David Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties LLC represented the landlord.
